Sally-Ann North has lived with Hypnotherapy for much of her life as her mother Polly Cunningham is a Practitioner and Qualified Trainer of Hypnotherapy. As a patient  herself  for weight loss, smoking and childbirth, she was so impressed by the results that she set out on her own path of learning.

After studying under various eminent Hypnotherapists she herself became qualified in 1997 and received her first Diploma from the Institute of Natural Therapy. In 2005 she completed a Diploma in NLP/Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching at the European College of Holistic Medicine, trained by Phil Parker, creator of the Lightning Process and author of ‘The Ten Questions’.

Sally-Ann is also a Reiki II Practitioner and an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner. She has now completed her studies to become a Master NLP Practitioner.She also works with Phil Parker as a Supervisor on his Hypnotherapy Course in London.

Sally-Ann became one of the first Advanced Practitioner’s in the Phil Parker Lightning Process™ and has been holding Seminars in the UK and Oslo since 2005. She has huge experience in working with ME and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
